Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, l&#8217;UAVH a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le central dans la promotion de l&#8217;athl\u00e9tisme dans la r\u00e9gion aubagnaise, proposant une offre pour les athl\u00e8tes de tous \u00e2ges.<\/p><div class=\"relative inline-flex items-center\"><figure id=\"attachment_1085\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1085\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1085\" src=\"http:\/\/pcqgdql.cluster023.hosting.ovh.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/453534807_1033512405448802_6617811828221901823_n-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/uavh.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/453534807_1033512405448802_6617811828221901823_n-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/uavh.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/453534807_1033512405448802_6617811828221901823_n-768x481.jpg 768w, https:\/\/uavh.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/453534807_1033512405448802_6617811828221901823_n.jpg 958w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1085\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Quelques uns des athl\u00e8tes de l&#8217;UAVH en 1948<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div><p>Historiquement, le club s&#8217;est distingu\u00e9 par sa section athl\u00e9tisme &#8220;piste&#8221;, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de ses activit\u00e9s depuis sa fondation. Cependant, dans une dynamique d&#8217;\u00e9volution et pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des besoins sportifs diversifi\u00e9s, le club s&#8217;est enrichi, \u00e0 partir du milieu des ann\u00e9es 2010, de nouvelles disciplines. Ainsi, une section d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la course hors stade mais \u00e9galement une activit\u00e9 de marche nordique ont vu le jour, permettant \u00e0 l&#8217;UAVH de diversifier son offre et d&#8217;\u00e9largir son rayonnement aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;un public vari\u00e9.<\/p><p>En plus de ses traditionnelles comp\u00e9titions, \u00e0 savoir le cross d&#8217;Aubagne, l&#8217;Aubagnaise et le meeting sur piste de ascension, le club a organis\u00e9 plusieurs grands championnats notamment les Championnats de France Espoirs et Nationaux en 2016, les Championnats de France des 10 km en 2017 ou encore les Championnats de France d&#8217;\u00c9preuves Combin\u00e9es en 2020.
